HOW WE PROTECT YOU

Data Handling, Cookies and Account Security at 0range

We handle your personal information with clear, documented practices — not vague promises. From cookie consent to withdrawal verification, every step is defined in our policy documents and enforced by our compliance…

Data Collection

We collect only the data required to operate your account — name, contact details, payment identifiers for UPI or Paytm, and transaction history. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes beyond account operation and legal compliance.

Cookie Controls

Our cookie banner lets you accept all, decline non-essential, or customise by category when you first visit. You can change your cookie preferences at any time through the Privacy Settings panel in your account, and changes take effect immediately.

Account Security

Accounts are protected by password hashing, two-factor authentication options, and session timeout controls. Any suspicious login attempt triggers an automatic email alert to your registered address so you can act before unauthorised access occurs.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for the period required by applicable Indian financial and gaming regulations. Once that period expires and your account is closed, we delete or anonymise your personal data, retaining only what the law requires us to keep.

Who to Contact

Our Data Protection contact is reachable through the Help Centre form or directly via the support email listed in your account settings. For formal legal notices, please use the registered business address set out in our Terms of Use document.

Requesting Changes

Submit a data correction or deletion request through the Help Centre form. We verify your identity before processing the request, and you will receive written confirmation once the change or deletion is complete, along with a record of what was actioned.

Your Legal and Policy Questions

Straight answers to the questions we receive most often about your rights, your data and how our policies work in practice for accounts registered in India.

Your account is subject to applicable Indian law. Where local regulations set requirements that differ from our general Terms of Use, the Indian legal requirements take precedence. Access to our platform is available where local law permits.

Submit a data access request through the Help Centre form in your account dashboard. We verify your identity first, then compile and deliver your data within the period required by applicable Indian law — typically within 30 days of the verified request.

Yes. Submit a deletion request via the Help Centre. We will delete or anonymise your personal data once your account is closed, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain financial records — such as UPI and Paytm transaction logs — for the period Indian law requires.

We review and update our legal documents when regulations change or our platform evolves. When an update occurs, we notify you by email to your registered address. The effective date is always shown at the top of each document so you can track changes.

We set essential cookies to keep your session active, analytical cookies to understand how the platform is used, and preference cookies to remember your settings. You can accept, decline or customise non-essential cookies at any time through Privacy Settings in your account.

Use the Help Centre dispute form or email our legal contact directly. We acknowledge formal disputes within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. If we cannot resolve the matter, our Terms of Use set out the applicable dispute resolution process.

We pass only the minimum data required to process your transaction — typically a reference identifier — to the payment processor. We do not share your full payment details with any third party for marketing or profiling purposes, and processors are bound by contractual data obligations.
