You need a valid mobile number and an email address. Enter your name, create a password, and verify your mobile with the OTP we send. The whole process takes under three minutes on most devices.

Account access depends on local law and is available where local law permits in your state or region of India. Check whether online gaming is permitted under the rules that apply to your location before registering.

Use the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen. Enter your registered mobile number or email, receive a reset code, and set a new password. The reset code expires after fifteen minutes for security.

We store a reference to the UPI handle or Paytm ID you use so repeat deposits are faster. We do not store full bank credentials. Payment data is encrypted and handled under our data protection policy.

Once you upload the requested documents, our team checks them within a few hours. Straightforward cases are cleared the same day. You only need to complete this once — subsequent withdrawals do not repeat the process.

Each person may hold one account only, linked to one mobile number and one verified identity. Duplicate accounts are closed under our account-integrity policy and any balance in the duplicate may be forfeited.

Check that the mobile number you entered is correct and has network coverage. Wait thirty seconds before requesting a new code. If the issue continues, contact us via live chat and we will verify your number manually.
